Amazing huttke mirchi ke Pakore…with a filling of Bhuna hua masaledaar achari besan….that make them Kurkure inside out!!
Method:
Mix besan with salt, red chilli powder, amchoor and coarsely ground, methi, saunf and dhania seeds. Add 2 tsp oil and bhuno the besan on gentle heat…the besan should turn a nice golden color. Fill the bhuna hua besan in large slit green chilies. Dip in seasoned besan batter and deep fry on medium high heat. Serve hot with hari chutney!
