Method:
Dice crisp sour Granny-smith apples. Heat a tsp of mustard oil. Add Panch phoran, Khadi lal mirch and sliced green chillies. Cook for 30 seconds and then add the apple along with a tbsp of water. Cook covered on low flame, stirring occasionally till it starts to get soft. Now add a little salt n sugar and sauté on high for 2-3 minutes till the sugar melts….ready!! Serve with Garma garam alu puri…always a huge hit!
