They are Spicy Whole wheat Quesadillas that will win you over on the first try.
Another delicious way to use leftover rotis!
Method:
Mix a tsp of hari chutney with a tsp of curd. Adjust salt to taste. Next, finely chop onions, green chillies and fresh dhania. Take two day old Rotis (baasi rotis). Now spread the curd chutney on the inside of both the rotis. Sprinkle onions, green chillies and dhania on the bottom roti and cover with the second roti. Now cook the roti on a tava using a little oil spray on both sides. Press down to make the roti really crisp! Cut into quarters and serve immediately!
