PS: if you decide to use paneer instead of store bought cottage cheese….please add a little more milk to the recipe to adjust the consistancy of the batter!
Try making mini pancakes, top them with chocolate chips and a drizzle of chocolate sauce….kids find them fun! I use my mini uttapam pan to make these…
These look absolutely fabulous! Love the blueberries!
Hey Ruchi, just finished eating these lip smacking, finger licking (and plate licking) healthy pancakes!! They were awesome!! I just made couple of small changes – used one egg and replaced other with 1/2 yoghurt, and added a bit of maple syrup to the batter just to give it a bit of sweetness. I do not like if pancakes have smell of egg in it 🙁 next time will replace both eggs with yoghurt n see how that goes. I also used paneer instead of cottage cheese per se.
Happy you enjoyed them! Do keep us posted about how the eggless version goes! It’s great to experiment & innovate!
Hi Ruchi, Thank you for the recipe, I want to try it for my kids. Will it still taste good if I skip the blueberries?
Yes.
Hi Ruchi,
If I don’t have cottage cheese or paneer handy then skipping them will give same result.
Thank you
Try using ripe mashed banana instead!
