NO-Fry No Bake…Healthy Savory Pinwheels!
Layers of flaky besan lined with chutney & paneer and made with minimal oil, these stunning pinwheels are as delicious as they are pretty! Make them for those occasions when you want to create an impression! Serve them instead of greasy samosas or pakoras, and watch the compliments pour in!
Method:
Make a slightly thin batter using besan, minced gobhi, ginger & green chillies. Add salt to taste. Make 3 thin soft large chilas. Spread one chila out, spread spicy green chutney and some grated/mashed paneer, roll tightly. Now spread out the second chila, spread chutney and paneer and roll tightly on top of first chila. Repeat the procedure again for the the third chila. You now have a thick swiss-roll kind of chila roll-up ready. Slice this roll-up into pinwheels. Spray oil on a non-stck pan and brown on both sides…serve hot!
