A delicious quick impressive looking appetizer that can be put together in less than 5 minutes flat!
Method:
Cut paneer into fairly large thick pieces.
Make a spice rub with jeera, namak, lal mirch and amchur and spread on a plate.
Press one side of paneer into spice rub.
The spice rub should stick to the paneer in a thick layer.
I press each piece twice to ensure an extra thick layer.
Heat a little oil in a nonstick pan. Then pan sear the paneer, with the spice rub side down first.
Flip paneer and sear on the other side too.
Serve hot… as a quick appetizer!
