JUST GOBHI
A simple minimalist cauliflower stirfry….takes 15 minutes start to finish, yet absolutely awesome flavor! 🙂

Method:
Heat some oil and add jeera. Once it crackles add chopped ginger and sliced green chillies.
Cook for a minute, till the ginger and chillies just begin to brown.
Add gobhi chopped into medium size florets along with salt and haldi.
Cook on medium high, stirring every couple of minutes.
Once the gobhi starts browning, small bits start sticking at the bottom.
Loosen brown bits by sprinkling water…each time a light brown layer forms. Continue cooking gobhi on medium high.
Repeat this process till gobhi is tender but still has a slight crunch!
Add a light sprinkling of amchoor and toss to combine…..ready!
Transfer to serving platter…enjoy!
