Kurkure Kuttu ke Pakore

CRRRRRunchy Kuttu ke Pakore, made by mom for the last day of fasting. They were so delicious that we had her frying them continuously for almost an hour…as they would disappear faster than they would appear! Fasting or not, these are an absolute must try!!

Method:
Peel wash and slice potatoes into thin wedges.
Also make a thin batter (but it should be thick enough to coat alu pieces evenly) with Kuttu ka atta, water, salt, red chilli pwdr, thinly sliced green chillies and chopped fresh dhania.

Dip potatoes in the Kuttu batter

Fry the pakoras on medium heat

Serve hot with dahi seasoned with salt, red chilli pwdr and coarsely pounded roasted jeera! Enjoy them with the spicy dahi just like a Desi version of chips n dip….yummmm! 🙂
