Microwave Eggless Biscuit Cake

A great Do-it-yourself for kids that takes under 10 minutes to put together! Also a great way to use left over biscuits that you want to finish off!

1 1/2 cup of powdered sweet biscuits
(You can use any brand…we used Bourbon)
1 1/2 cup Milk
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tbsp cadbury’s coco powder
2 tsp of coarsely pounded nuts like almonds or walnuts

Method:
Mix all ingredients except nuts together.
Prep a microwave safe pan.
Pour cake batter in
Sprinkle nuts on top
Bake for 6 mins
Rest cake till completely cool
Drizzle some Hershey’s chocolate syrup on top.
Top with whipped cream n berries…enjoy!
