Mom’s Tawa Baingan….a delicious healthy way to enjoy baingan bhaja / fritters!
Method:
Slice baingan, sprinkle liberally on both sides…with salt, red chilli pwdr, chatmasala. Press lightly onto rice flour (mom used atta), shake off excess…and pan sear till done!
