Bas do hi din mein khaane ko tayyar!
Method:
Wash, peel & slice mooli. Add salt, haldi, red chili pwdr, lemon juice rai ki daal, mustard oil and mix. Keep in sunlight for 2 days, shaking the bottle with the pickle about 2-3 times each day….to mix all ingredients. By day 3 it should be…Ready!
PS: after 2 days please refrigerate pickle!
