A quick spicy anytime snacky Paneer that will appeal to the whole family! Try it once you’ll want to make it again and again! 🙂
For the Marinade:
You will need….
1/2 tsp Ajwain
1/2 tsp Kasoori methi (dry roasted in MW for 30 sec, crushed with hand to make into powder, and then sieve it)
1/4 tsp Chilli pd
2 tbsp Besan
Pinch of haldi (optional)
Salt to taste
Method:
Add 2 tsp of white vinegar and some water to the above mix to make a really thick paste.
Cut paneer into slices and coat with the paste on both flat sides
Pan sear with a light spray of oil on medium flame
and serve as a quick appetizer,
or place inside a roti with nimby pyaz, hari chutney and a dash of chat masala…
for a quick paneer roll and make it a complete meal! 🙂
