Craving for hot spicy tangy pickle that takes almost no time or effort to make! No slicing chopping or burning of fingers either. I’ve just the pickle for you.

Ingredients
500 gms thick red chillies
1/2 cup vinegar
5 tbsp salt
1 cup mustard oil
1/2 tbsp haldi
1/2 tbsp saunf
1/2 tbsp kalonji
1/2 tbsp methi dana
Method:
Wash,dry and de-stem the chillies. Chop them into big pieces and pulse in chopper to roughly mince them. Mix this with the vinegar & salt and spread on a big thali/ plate. Keep in sun for 2 days to dry excess moisture. Now add the mustard oil, haldi, saunf, kalonji and methi dana. Mix well and store in a clean jar. Ready to eat in a couple of days! 
PS: Dad loved it so much on his last visit here… he wanted to pack some & take back with him to India!!
