Tried making Lavash from left over rotis, what a success!
Method:
Roast leftover rotis on Tawa on low heat pressing down with a wooden press or spatula till crispy. Towards the end…brush lightly with Turkish Chili-Herb Oil and sprinkle with salt n paprika! Serve with your fav dip/hummus/Salad.
