Rice Balls…. My way! A little unusual…but give them a try, you might just fall in love with them! 🙂
Method:
Cook rice till sticky. Keep covered till slightly cool, so that it steams further. Now mix this rice with some Gomasio, grated ginger & minced green chilli, mashing slightly. Form into small ovals and place in a bowl. Pour some freshly brewed green tea on top…serve immediately!

Roast 2 tbsp black sesame and 2 tbsp white sesame seeds till they crackle. Pound coarsely and mix with 1/2 tbsp of sea salt.
