Hey how do u make white makhan in U.S?
I use store bought whipped butter that tastes very similar. However you can buy fresh cream, use a hand mixer and beat it till butter forms, adding ice cubes towards the very end to help in the butter lumping together!
Which brand whipped cream u use ??
Whipped butter I mean not sure if we get here in Seattle or fresh cream do we get in indian store ??
April, I use Breakstone’s whipped butter. I usually get whipping cream from Costco.
