What is SOW (Strike out the White)
The SOW initiative is an effort to sow healthy eating habits in my family by choosing healthier meal options.
We want to try avoid foods that have been processed and refined, like white flour, white rice, pasta, noodles, white bread, crackers, cereal, and simple sugars like table sugar and high-fructose corn syrup. Instead the focus will be on whole grains, fresh fruits, salad, green vegetables and lean meats !

Menu for Day 10
Breakfast: Alu ki Tikki with hari chutney and Multigrain toast.
Lunch: Spicy Pickled Paneer Sandwich.
Dinner: Indian Chinese Style Chilli Fish with Brown Rice.
