What is SOW (Strike out the White)
The SOW initiative is an effort to sow healthy eating habits in my family by choosing healthier meal options.
We want to try avoid foods that have been processed and refined, like white flour, white rice, pasta, noodles, white bread, crackers, cereal, and simple sugars like table sugar and high-fructose corn syrup. Instead the focus will be on whole grains, fresh fruits, salad, green vegetables and lean meats !

Breakfast: Spicy Sprouted Kala Chana Bhel, topped with chopped onions, crunchy sev and finished off with a squeeze of lime.
Lunch: Ragi Dosas along with coconut chutney
Rich in iron, as nutritious as they are flavorsome…You’ll be surprised at how tasty they are!
Dinner: Lauki Chane ki Dal, spicy Punjabi Badiyon ke saath
