What is SOW (Strike out the White)
The SOW initiative is an effort to sow healthy eating habits in my family by choosing healthier meal options.
We want to try avoid foods that have been processed and refined, like white flour, white rice, pasta, noodles, white bread, crackers, cereal, and simple sugars like table sugar and high-fructose corn syrup. Instead the focus will be on whole grains, fresh fruits, salad, green vegetables and lean meats !

Breakfast: Sweet Buttermilk French toast
Lunch: Mooli Methi Makki ki Roti/Paranthe
With Khatti Mith tikhti pyaz tamatar ki chutney and stuffed mirchi ki Sabzi
Dinner: Alu Matar Paneer (without onion-garlic)
And quick simple subzi of just gobhi
With soft roti and dahi.
