Tandoori Paneer Tikka

Calling all Paneer Lovers…..how about some Paneer Tikka! Spicy smoky crispy surface…with a juicy rich melt in the mouth center, I can never have enough of paneer tikkas! 🙂

Method:
Marinate Paneer in Tandoori marinade for about 30 minutes & grill quickly on high heat. Alternatively you can also cook them in the oven at 450F. Flip midway and baste with oil. Cook till golden!
Over cooking can make them rubbery. so if cooking in the oven, remember to cook them on the top shelf for relatively quick cooking time. Serve hot with a sprinkle of chatmasala, nimbu and lachcha pyaz!

For the tandoori marinade:
Mix together 1 tsp ginger paste, 1 tsp garlic paste, 1 tbsp Tandoori Masala, salt, 2 tbsp thick yoghurt, 1 tsp cream.
