Fish Shaami Kebabs

A healthy alternative to traditional Shaami Kebabs, I absolutely love them!
So flaky, light & delicious, you won’t be able to stop at one!
A must try for all fish lovers 🙂

Method:Steam fish fillets with 2 tbsp water and 1 tej patta. Mash with fork and remove bones if any.

Add finely chopped onions, minced ginger and garlic, green chillies, freshly chopped dhania, breadcrumbs (if needed for binding).
Add a good squeeze of lemon juice to brighten flavors

To season add salt, pepper, red chilli powder, dhania powder and garam masala.

Form into tikkis

and dip into egg wash or you can also add egg in the kebab mix before shaping, either works.

Cook on a medium heat till golden….Serve hot with green chutney/ketchup and lachcha pyaz!

    hi. how do u steam the fish and in what?

      You can steam them by giving 1 whistle in the pressure cooker with a couple of tbsp of water.
