Hariyali Malai Tikka

Soft herb infused Paneer…
Its creamy melt in the mouth texture is an absolutely mouthwatering treat!
Best of all this simple 5-minute recipe is super easy to make!

Method:
Marinate cubes of paneer with hari chutney, malai/heavy cream, salt, cosrsely ground black pepper, minced ginger and green chilli and salt.

Let your taste buds guide you on the seasoning…marinate for atleast a couple of hours.
Place on foil-lined oven tray sprayed lightly with oil.

Broil in the oven on top rack…till lightly golden..serve immediately.

    Can you please tell me which paneer did you use ? Homemade or store bought. If home made please let me know how you make panner that does not crumble during cutting for these big chunks of paneer.

    I am a avid fan of yours and follow your recipes.

    • I use either.
      Ofcourse the best results are with homemade paneer.
      To get firm homemade paneer, which allows cutting into cubes..
      Once you have made paneer, strain and drain water, and keep under heavy weight. Refrigerate to chill and then cut.
