Mooli-Kas ki Bhurji

A quick delicious pungent bhurji that takes just 5 minutes to make!
All I need as accompaniment are soft dabi hui rotis….Mmmm!
I like this bhurji so much, I even stuff it in dough to make delicious stuffed radish buns…yum yum!

Here’s how I make it….
You will need three thin moolis/radish peeled and washed.

Grate mooli using a thick grater.

2 tsp minced ginger, 2 green chillies sliced and 1 tsp ajwain.

Method:
Heat oil on medium high and add ajwain.

Follow with the minced ginger and sliced green chillies.

Cook for a minute. Now add the grated mooli,

1/4 tsp haldi and salt to taste.

Continue to cook on high heat, stir frying…

till the juices of the mooli reduce and flavors concentrate….not more than 2-3 minutes!

And it’s ready to serve! 🙂
