Raw Moong Dal Paranthas….a must try!
Soak moong ki dhuli daal for 2-3 hours. Use this dal along with atta, salt, haldi, red chili pwdr, coarsely ground saunf, garam masala, chopped dhania, minced ginger & green chillies and a little oil to make a spicy dough. Roll out into really thin Rotis. Roast quickly on really hot tawa using a little oil!
