Blanch two tomatoes in the microwave.
Peel and grind along with 10- 12 fresh red chillies (or soaked and drained dry red chillies), ginger, garlic.
Add salt to taste, 1/2 tsp of brown sugar, 1 tsp of vinegar, 1 tsp of oil and blend.
