So what roti you make I mean which grain you prefer and so brownrice has no carbs or less than white rice
Ruchi you have inspired me to go along with you on “Sow” journey more so as I am Diabetic…..it feels wonderful to eradicate all the unhealthy stuff and doing it together just inspires one another….thanks and hugs…..Todays lunch was Cauliflower and Black beans with absolutely no carbs!!!!!!!!
