Shimla Mirch Paneer…a delicious healthy marriage of flavors!
Method:
Heat oil, add jeera followed by finely chopped ginger and garlic. Cook for a minute. Add chopped onions, cook till they acquire some color. Add chopped tomatoes and cook till tomatoes melt and reduce slightly. Add diced Shimla mirch, salt, haldi, red chilli pwdr, dhania pwdr, Garam masala. Sauté for 3-4 minutes. add pan seared paneer. Mix gently, cover and cook for another 2-3 minutes ready!
