Calling all Chili Lovers, presenting a Quick n Easy Recipe for Red Chili Pickle…mmmm hot tangy delicious! Lifts any simple meal to make it extra special!

Ingredients:
250 gm red chilies
1 1/2 tsp dhania seeds
1 1/2 tsp jeera
1 1/2 tsp saunf
1/4 tsp methi seeds
1 tsp kalonji
1/3 tsp haldi
2 tsp amchoor
2 tbsp salt
1/2 cup mustard oil
Method:
Wash, dry and de-stem and slice Thick red chillies. Add salt and mix well.
In a hot skillet lightly roast jeera & dhania seeds. In a dry grinder coarsely grind dhania seeds, jeera, saunf and methi seeds
Mix the ground spices along with the remaining ingredients.
Put the pickle in a clean glass jar and place in the sun for 3-5 days after which its ready to eat. Once ready store it in the refrigerator.

This is simply out of the world …must make it immediately , But cant get round ones , instead my vendor gives me extremely hot ripe red chilis, (long ones) shall I use that ?
I have asked the vendor to get the round ripe ( red ones) ..
