What is SOW (Strike out the White)
The SOW initiative is an effort to sow healthy eating habits in my family by choosing healthier meal options.
We want to try avoid foods that have been processed and refined, like white flour, white rice, pasta, noodles, white bread, crackers, cereal, and simple sugars like table sugar and high-fructose corn syrup. Instead the focus will be on whole grains, fresh fruits, salad, green vegetables and lean meats !

Breakfast: Healthy Flour-less Oats Pancake
Lunch: Bharyel Phulko (Sindhi version of quesadilla along with a cup of tea).
Dinner: Thai red curry with Brown Rice.
